Tepui forest (to 40m tall) on south-facing slope: 3-tiered with
Myristicaceae. Lauraceae. Swartzia. Annonaceae. Inga,
Dichapetalaceae; subcanopy rich in melastomes and palms; thin
layer of brown humus over white sandstone; diverse forest.
Epiphyte. Rhizome brown. Stipe with blade base (1cm) distally
