Nee, 2011 New York State, Bronx Co., Bronx, along Mosholu Parkway, between Southern Blvd. and Marion Ave. 40°52’12”N, 73°52’51”W. alt. 24 m. Cultivated ornamental street tree, several very similar young trees in a row here. This one 12 m. tall, 50 cm. in diameter; bark smooth, with patchy flakes falling off, leaving a mottled khaki green and light tan pattern. Fruits mostly on the upper part of the canopy, mostly with one head per inflorescence but some with two. Voucher for wood specimen, MADw. Coll.: M. Nee &D.Atha 58145 13 Sept. 2011
