during the dry season. Elev: 200 meters. Center of
the collecting area ca. 13°35'39"S. 60°54'58"W.
Free floating macrophyte. Thalli
and leaves green with red
highlights. Common. Growing in
the interstices in the floating mat.
Habitat: a large, loosely coalesced
floating mat, dominated by
Eichhomia azurea.
