Herb to straggling shrub. Stipules present and there are hairs on
the leaf margins. Main (standard) petal yellowish-orange and the
other petals are plain yellow.
Greenwood Development, found at the juncture of the unpaved road that
leads to Greenwood Beach Resort, and a trail/overgorwn road that is off
the road and runs south. Disturbed roadside low dry evergreen forest/
coppice.
