Chaparral and oak-maple woodland; local dominants
including Quercus chrysolepis, Acer macrophyllum,
Rhamnus californica, Toxicodendron diversilobum,
Prunus virginiana demissa, Ceanothus integerrimus,
Cercocarpus betuloides, Elymus condensatus, etc.
Trees 12-15 m tall in mesic draw, forming a densely
shady canopy.
