Description
Pileus 3-7 cm broad, plano-convex to plane, 4A-B3-5B3, dry, matted subtomentose, bruising brown, even at margin. Tubes adnexed, white at first, then pale pinkish flesh color, staining brown, with uniform pores. Stipe 3-5 cm long, 1.5-2 cm long, equal to equal, short and broad in two, subclavate in one, white, dry, finely and obscurely matted tomentose to subareolate, bruising brown with interior white, slowly and barely pale pinkish tan with exposure. Spores ellipsoid to subreniform; pseudocystidia present.
