Common dioecious (4166 staminate)
much-branched shrub about 1 m tall;
leaves 1-veined or with a few faint 2°
veins, both surfaces resinous-glandular,
most cuneate with apex 3-5-dentate;
capitula subglomerate in the axils of
distal leaves; capitula discoid;
corollas white; anthers cream-colored,
exserted.
