Habitat
Primary upland forest on level terrain, open canopy, many lianas and understory palms. Rare.

Description
Tree. Tree 15 m x 21 cm, trunk shallowly fluted, outer bark light brown, thin, finely fissured, shed in elongated papery plates, inner bark beige turning sepia, latex white; passed flowers and immature fruits dark brown-pubescent, immature fruits ovoid. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
