Description
Restricted to the bed of rocky streams and tightly adhering to rocks and boulders where often flooded, usually in tight clusters, but the plants really vines rooting at the nodes and sending up erect leafy stems. Leaves dark green above, medium green below. No flowers and very few fruits seen on almost all the plants examined, but in one place all the plants seemingly in flower, the flowers a not very conspicuous dark purplish. Fruit light green.
