P. thallo mucoso difformi, sublutescente-æruginoso (colore thalli sic-
cati vix mutato); familiis confertis, vix distinctis; cellulis globosis, cor-
pore phycocliromaceo structura verosimiliter eadem ac in P. prasina; dia-
metro cellularum 4^—6^ fi.
