Woody vine. Stems quadrangular. Abaxial leaf surface red, Calyx lobes cucullate; yellow with red margins; dorsal calyx lobe smaller. Corolla urceolate; yellow with red lobes. Nectary a single lobed gland on dorsal surface,.
