MISS C. MESSINA.
According to Wright, this is a combination of a Ciadophora with the
hyphae of a fungus, to which he gives the name Blodgettia Borneti; unless
the host is identified with some known species of Ciadophora, it will probably
have to be known as C. confervoides.	F. S. C.
