Using Wikimapia located the town of Castelinho, and using Google Maps (Satellite View) located the town of Sao Bento de Urânia (Urânia = alternative name) and the sequence of roads connecting it to Castelinho. Beginning at the place where the unnamed, unpaved road leading to Castelinho comes closest to the approximate geographic center of the town of Sao Bento de Urânia (-20.471764, -40.917385), used Distance Measurement Tool (Google Maps) to measure a straight line to the place where ES 164 comes closest to the approximate geographic center of the town of Castelinho (-20.545057, -40.992451), then halved this distance to approximate the location of the geographic midpoint (-20.508196, -40.954770). Used Canadensys Lat/Long Crosshairs to find coordinates (final) for the point along the sequence of roads closest to this midpoint.
