Understory of deciduous forest.

Description
The fronds arching, ca. 30 cm long. Forming very large patches sporadically thoughout the forest understory. Upper 2/3 of fronds with secondary pinnae plane, the lower 1/3 of secondary pinnae angled inward. Rachis finely pubescent and slightly canaliculate. The stipe glabrous at this time of year. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
