Frond 1 dm.in height, rigid, much branched and bushy above; tubes 14-18
in number; pinnae distant, elongate, alternate,awl-shaped,theupperones
pinnulate near the tips; main stem 190 mie. in diameter, with inter-
nodes 6-15 times longer than their diameter; upper branches slightly
narrower with articulations equalling the diameter in length; tetragoni-
dia in single rows in upper pinnae. ,
