  • Habitat

    On rocky, west-facing roadbank beside wet meadow. Abundant. Brown silt loam soil, pH ca. 7.8.

  • Description

    Corollas blue- to red-violet, darker violet at tube base, lobes mostly more blue than tube; staminode white; anthers white, turning tan with age, abaxial pair ± exserted; nectar with a sweet fragrance. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
