eter ; monoecious; antheridium and oogonium single; ootronium 200-250
mic. in diameter; antheridium 135-210 mic. in diameter.

Growing in tiny masses in sand at edge of lake.

East end of Pike lake, 12 miles from Duluth, Minn.
