Vegetative cells 60-65 mik. in diameter, 1.5-2 5 times longer; chlorophores
3 (rarely 2 or 4) making 1—2 turns in a cell; fruiting cells somewhat
inflated; zygote ovate or ellipsoid, 50—65 mik. in diameter, 1.5 times
longer than broad.
