TOOELE CO., UTAH: Stansbury Mtns., Mill Fork of S Willow Canyon.
T4S, R7W. Elev. 9440 ft. On minor ridge of glacial deposits at
bottom of canyon; flat to gently N and E-facing slope with loose
dry rocky (quartzite) soil. In opening between stands of Picea
engelmannii and Abies lasiocarpa with Phlox pulvinata and
Potentilla ovina. Locally frequent.
