Description
Pileus 6-10 cm broad, convex to plane to depressed on disc, dry, very faintly canescent in some, otherwise very matte like, dull olive green tones mixed with pink, faint concentric zones present especially with age, with margin even at first, sometimes subpectinate with age. Flesh white, unchanging, with mild odor and taste. Lamellae adnate, close, white to yellowish white, not bruising, forked 3-4 times from stipe to margin. Stipe 5-6 cm long, 2-3 cm broad, white generally with some brownish yellow squamules at base, otherwise silky and matted fibrillose, with interior white, solid, unchanging.
