ridgeline jeep road between Clover Patch and Kelty Meadows.
(Watterson Cyn. quad: 37° 43.104'N, 118° 37.484'W; T3S R30E
SI, NW/4). Alt.: 2630m/8626ft.

Exposed windswept granitic ridge. Leeward (SW-facing) pediment
of coarse granite cobbles w/ cushion-type dwarfed vegetation.
E-facing slopes with more mesic scrub, w/ Purshia tridentata,
Chrysothamnus viscidiflorus, Artemesia tridentata, Ephedra
viridis, Pinus monophylla, Mentzelia congesta.

Occasional in E-facing scrub.
