Coreopsis Stillmannii (Gray) Blake

Ray flowers pure bright yellow, disk flowers orange-yellow.
Forming dense colonies on steep, southeast-facing slope, grassy
opening in Adenostoma chaparral; one-half mile east of summit of
San Antonio Valley-Patterson road, Arroyo del Puerto drainage,
Red Mountains, Mount Hamilton Range, Stanislaus County.
