Colorado, Moffat Co: 1 mi N, 3 mi W of Sunbeam. BLM land: along
N side of BLM rd 2122, just E of inters with CO Hwy 318. T07N
R97W section 11 SWVi. 40.56945°N, 108.26347°W (±13 ft;
determined by GPS; datum = WGS 84). Elevation 6180-6340 ft.

Disturbed, grazed, juniper woodland on moderate S and SE-facing
slope with coarse, poorly cemented, white sandstone outcrops of
Tertiary Browns Park Formation scattered on upper slope. Soil of
deep sand.

Single small population observed at top of slope. Plants
rhizomatous. Rays white; disks yellow.
