Nee, 2001 WASHINGTON, Grant Co., vicinity of waterfall formed by Lower Lewis Creek (also called Paynes Gulch) over high basalt cliffs, between Grand Coulee and Coulee City, along Hwy. 155 and Banks Lake. 47°45.33’N, 119°13.25’W.
