In sub-canopy. Swamp scrub, level terrain, open canopy 3-8 m. Bonnetia, Clusia, Malpighiaceae, Arecaceae dominants. Dense understory growth. Organic soils on sandstone.

Vine. Vine; leaves light green with pink veins below, dark green above; fruit green, subglobose, ±0.6 cm diam. Phenology of specimen: Sterile.
