Leaves very concave, obtuse; apex serrate by projecting ends of cells; leaf costate 2/3 or somewhat shorter & forking or double; alar cells enlarged; leaves 1.8 x 1.0; median cells 71 x 6 µ; cortical stem cells enlarged.
