over 40; Habitat: Annual weed in cultivated fields. Most variable population yet seen;
exceedingly abundant in cultivated parts of valley; natural water sufficient in some areas,
yet thrives below where irrigated, near cultivated tomato fields also. Halictid bees busy
pollinating.
