GREAT BASIN WILDRYE. Large perennial clumps to 5 dm wide
and 1.5 m high.
1.3 mile S 70° E of Eva Belle Mine in Granite Meadow,
north fork of Cottonwood Creek, Fishlake Valley drainage,
T5S R35E S6. Dry open level granitic soil, subalpine
sagebrush scrub with Artemisia, Chrysothamnus, Juncus
and Chamaebatiaria. Locally common in poorly drained
montane areas.
