Habitat
Open scrub, trees to 8 m; moist slopes, small plateaus. Clusia, Melastomataceae, Malpighiaceae, Arecaceae, and Asteraceae dominants. Occasional bamboo thickets. Sandstone talus and boulders.

Description
Shrub. Shrub, bushy to 1 m; leaves greenish yellow; twigs, petioles, peduncles dark pink; corolla white. Fruit white to blue green with purple patches. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
