MINERAL COUNTY, MONTANA
Festuca rubra L.
Moist loam, 3# slope, 200° aspect, and 1926 m
(6320 ft.). Collected on a bench on the south-
eastern edge of Pearl Lake. Associated with
Carex sp. and other grasses in a 7;5+ year old
burn of a ^ubalpine forest. This burn is still
d o minant ed° shrubs and herbaceous plants.
Abundant but not dominating*-.
