Description
Pileus 3-9 cm broad, plane to depressed with uplifted margin, neither hollowed nor infundibuliform, dry, glabrous to very rarely faintly streaked, pale yellowish white to pale orange with more brighter orange at margin, with margin lobed to irregular, with odor fruity and peach to apricot-like. Flesh white to pale buff, changing slightly to pale brownish when exposed. Hymenophore decurrent, smooth or with irregular, shallow veins, light orange to pale orange (5A-B5,4), unchanging. Stipe 5-7 cm long, 1-2 cm broad, ±equal, dry, glabrous, white to yellowish white, staining pale brownish from handling, with interior staining brownish orange with exposure.
