    Flat plain, mostly cleared for soybean and maize fields, edges and disturbed remnants of subtropical semi-deciduous forest. With Prosopis alba, Anadenanthera macrocarpa, Solanum riparium. Fine sandy soil.

    Twining in shrubs. Flowers nodding, odorless; sepals pink with green tip; petals yellow-green with dark purple marks. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
