Habitat
Rocky hillsides along the cost road. Vegetation of "thorn-scrub" type, now producing new leaves after the abundant rain since Feb. 4th. Abundant.

Description
Showy shrub, usually about 5-6 feet tall. Stamens white below, pink above. Fruits green, with red margin. Voucher for wood sample. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
