On salina-soil in full daylight.
Shrub, procumbent, up to 2.5 m high, 8 m in diam. Stem grey. Leaf thick, rigid, leathery, green with a bit blue-greyish shine, venation reddish. Ocrea reddish. Tepal white. Filaments white. Anthers pale yellow. Pistil whitish. Inflorescence stalk long persistent after fruiting.
