Used Canadensys Lat/Long Crosshairs to find the coordinates of the offset along the road. Used the Distance Measurement Tool (Google Maps) again to find the linear extent of the starting location, the city of Cuiabá, by measuring from the approximate geographic center of the city to the farthest extent of the city.
