    Slender tree, 2-3 m tall. Leaves clustered at ends of branches. Petals whitish, reflexed. Calyx green, pinkish fronds at apex. Inflorescence and bracts pink. Capsules green, maturing to brown, then black. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
