Lower sonoran- Prosopis velutina. Open valley flats, rocky dec. granite, dry, sun. Dominant.

Description
Shrub 3-5 ft. Spread 3-6 ft. Trunk diam. 1-2 in. Pods brown- so abundant as to make bushes brown. First noted a few miles SW of here. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
