    Small dry grazed meadow; 10° east-facing slope. In Artemisia tridentata scrub; Dominated by Carex douglasii, with Muhlenbergia richardsonis, Castilleja pilosis, Eriogonum spergulinum, Achnatherum nevadensis, Rumex pauciflorus, Chenopodium. Common. Fine silty pumice soil.
