Vegetation: semi-deciduous thorn scrub and gully woodland on gritty
calcareous soil.
Woody-based shrublet with prostrate scrambling branches; leaflets
mid-green tinged blue; calyces creamish, corollas cream with dark red
lobes, filaments bright pink fading to creamish white, anthers creamish
white; fruits green tinged blood-red or pink. Locally common but
restricted to calcareous soil; open sunny sites above ravine. From close to
type locality.
