63°33'15"W. Igapo forest and along terra firme forest; water 3-4 m deep in igapo areas. Collecting
done in area between two sets of coord. Shrub 2.5 m tall; producing abundant milky sap;
inflorescence erect; calyx green; corolla with greenish tube abaxially, the lobes white, reflexed.
Specimen preserved in 70% ethanol before diying.
