Description
Treelet 3 m.. Bark smooth, bearing horizontal pairs of sharp spines ca. 1 m. long. Base of spines swollen. Fls. with reddish-green perianth & greenish cream stamens. Immature fruit green. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
