  • Description

    Stems clustered, to 1 m long, 8 cm diameter, covered with persistent leaf bases. Petioles 2.54 m long, erect, green, with small, black spines on the basal ca. 1 m; blades 1.24-1.40 m wide, with 22 segments, these deeply lobed at the apices, the middle one not split, petiolulate, the middle two or three remaining joined at their apices. Infloresences erect, 165 cm long, with 7 partial inflorescences, each with 2-6 racillae. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
