Description

Stems clustered, 1 m tall, 3-4 cm diameter, reddish-brown. Leaves 11; sheaths 18-19 cm; petioles 95-102 cm long, with black spines at bases only; segments 17-20, more or less equally wide, the middle one not split. Inflorescences erect, shorter than the l.
