    On unconsolidated soil and rock material. Pm low grade metamorphics and metasediments. On steep lower mid-slope with a south-southeast aspect. With Sedum lanceolatum, Artemisia arctica, Oxytropis campestris subsp. gracilis, O. campestris subsp. jordalii, Saliz spp., Castilleja unalaschcensis and Poa alpina.
