  • Description

    Large plant; inflorescences compound, 6 branched, 35 cm, densely flowered, axis fugacious, scape bracts equal to internodes below ovate to lanceolate acute, above subequal or shorter to much shorter on last one; branches 2-3 cm, apical branch 7.5 cm; flower petals orange with tan scales, apex tube closed, style yellow and exserted; flowers sessile, 10 mm, sepal 5 mm, ovate; leaves concave, green and glabrous above, whitish beneath.
