    Near mnie prospect and campsites on 4WD road, 10° SE-facing slopes in open Pinus monophylla woodland surounded by grazed sagebrush scrub, granitic and pumice soil, with granite outcrops above, with Artemisia tridentata, Purshia tridentata, Layia glandulosa, Eriogonum umbellatum, Castilleja, Arabis, Phacelia, Crepis, common, widely scattered individuals.

2300m/7544ft.
10° SE-facing slopes in open Pinus monophylla woodland
surounded by grazed sagebrush scrub. Granitic and pumice soil,
with granite outcrops above. With Artemisia tridentata, Purshia
tridentata, Layia glandulosa, Eriogonum umbellatum, Castilleja,
Arabis, Phacelia, Crepis.
Common, widely scattered individuals.
