obtained from Vernon V. Proctor's collection (Texas Tech

University, Lubbock) and were studied by Robert F. McGuire

(University of Tennessee, Knoxville) in a numerical

taxonomic study (1970-71). All voucher specimens were

cultured in a greenhouse at Lubbock, Texas, during the

spring and summer of 1970 in a medium of soil and tan
water.	p
