    On a rounded limestone ridge. In a disturbed area. Tropical evergreen forest with Manilkara zapota, Brosimun alicastrum, Bursera simarouba, Lysiloma, Cecropia, etc. Common.

    A fairly common perennial sprawling through the weeds, ascending to ½ m. high; flowers pink; Sensitive; leaves folding when touched. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
