Habitat
Tropical Montane Rain Forest. Secondary forest along road. With Cecropia schreberiana, Inga ingoides, Symphysia racemosa, Scleria spp., Renealmia pyramidalis, Pterolepis glomerata.

Description
Tree. 7 m. Stems a rusty orange-brown, continuing up peduncle, pedicels, hypanthium and calyx. Corolla white held flat in a plane. Filaments white, anthers yellow, stamens erect. Style white, straight. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
