Brazil. Amazonas: Alto Rio Negro (west side), ca. 1 km NW of boat. Boat stationed at
coordinates, ca 100 m. 00°28'46"S 63°33'15"W. Terra fume forest (disturbed); trees to 25
m tall. Collecting done in area between two sets of coordinates.
Treelet 6 m tall; monocarps spreading, on long greenish to reddish stipes, ellipsoid, olive
green. Specimens preserved in 70% ethanol before diying.
